Due to the unique nature of our licensed products each order is digitally printed on demand and, dependent on the print queue at the time of order, this may delay shipping however; we aim for 2-5 working days but sometimes this will take longer, you will be informed once your order is shipped. If you haven't heard from us within 7 days please get in touch as sometimes things go worng!
We charge the following for post and packaging:

European from £7.35**
International from £9.26**
Delivery Times once shipped:
UK approx 2-4 days
International - 10-14 days
*Shipping is based on weight and parcel size so will therefore be calculated at checkout.
**Please note that you may be required to pay import duties and local taxes on your parcel if you live outside of the UK. We have absolutely no control over these charges/duties/taxes and they cannot be refunded or returned.
Taxes & Duties are country specific, here is an example of the requirements for the EU:
- Parcels valued at under €22 will remain part of the Low Value Consignment Relief (LVCR) Scheme for items sent to the EU and are not subject to VAT or duties until 1 July 2021 (subject to further extension date to be set by the EU).
- Parcels sent to the EU over €22 and below €150 may be taxed at the border and may incur a customs clearance/handling fee in the receiving country.
- Parcels sent to the EU over €150 may attract VAT, customs duties and a clearance/handling fee
- The customs authorities in the destination country and the customs thresholds in place determine if charges are due on imported goods.
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase please let us know within 14 days of delivery, and return the item to us within a further 14 days for a full refund to the original payment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Items with obvious signs of use, oils with the cap seal broken.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at steve@sevensqua.red and return your item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item once it is with the carrier.
